  Since the beginning of this year, the popularity of a number of topic dramas, represented by Nothing But Thirty, has continued the new formula gradually explored by domestic urban dramas from Ode to Joy to Anjia, that is, the "realistic background color" of the dramas has been translated into "hot spots and pain points" at the practical level, adding a new element to the weight of "explosion" in addition to IP and stars: social controversial topics. This kind of drama series revolves around family of origin, intimate relationship and other times-derived propositions. The drama starts from the realistic predicament and ends with a compensatory solution in imagination. The part that asks the question is real, the part that solves the problem is suspended, and the behavior of "loyalty to reality" is accompanied by the deformation and re-covering of "reality", which is artificially extracted and re-injected into the work. This kind of drama can be collectively called topic drama.

  "Twenty is not confused, only thirty, and I am confused in the middle." Rather than chasing the drama, the audience is looking for the resonance of life in a social news plot, having a discussion from a distance, and finally completing emotional catharsis and ritual solution. So, is the popularity of topic drama "real" beginning to return to the screen? Or is it the victory of another "cool drama"? For the "230" phenomenon, the two may be established at the same time: to complete the realistic proposition with the background of cool drama.

  What is fascinating is not the plot itself, but the "debate body" with its own discussion heat.

  The seven female characters in the two plays "Twenty Don’t Confuse" and Nothing But Thirty record their contemporary lives, from the ordinary girls in "20+", the female anchor in online celebrity and the female staying at home for two yuan, to the full-time wives in "30+", the struggling women in small towns and the economically applicable women. The screenwriter intercepts the greatest common denominator of reality, and uses an "ink absorber" to slice, concise, cut, splice and sew the workplace and family situation of modern women. On the one hand, the label typology allows the audience in front of the screen to project a part of themselves onto the characters more or less. On the other hand, the "ink absorber" filters the life by media narration, which makes the "truth" present a "second-hand" temperament.

Nothing But Thirty broadened the imagination of domestic dramas about "how can middle-aged women live", and was no longer Luo Zijun in My First Half of Life or Hu Ke’s wife in Anjia — — The awakening of stay-at-home wives is often a "soft landing" based on the help of experts, and the real setbacks and detours that might have been encountered were folded up.   From the perspective of data analysis, any video website, by analyzing big data through algorithms, will finally draw a similar formula for creating explosive urban dramas, that is, collecting daily sharing on social networks, condensing it into a "convenience bag" and "XX learning" of life, and obtaining "second-hand experience" from "second-hand life" and putting it into literary creation. In essence, the topic dramas such as Nothing But Thirty’s Twenty Don’t Confuse have achieved "truthfulness" at a low cost, but this "truthfulness" is not true enough because it is easy to get. Perhaps this is a new situation that literary and artistic creations face together in the era of online media.

  In the "second-hand reality" mediated by the media, the quantitative climax calculation takes precedence over the complete perceptual experience, which is not only reflected in the topic first in creation, but also affects the audience’s acceptance of fragmentation. Re-cutting the plot by topic, so that domestic dramas have entered the era of short video brushing from the era of double-speed broadcasting. The progress of technology constantly empowers the audience: after the stage of watching whatever is broadcast on TV, the audience now can choose what to watch and decide how to watch it. The abundance of media has brought anxiety about content production. When the cost of creation is reduced and the content begins to be surplus, how to catch the audience’s attention in the fierce competition? What should content producers exchange for the audience’s time?

  In the digital age, the life cycle of the work and the popularity index from the sudden rise to the decline have all pressed the acceleration button. Accordingly, new terms such as IP, traffic, topic, cool, people-oriented, paper-maker, including the "second-hand" mentioned above appear frequently, and a new media culture begins to cover the familiar film and television culture. From shaping characters to focusing on establishing people, from focusing on themes to setting topics, from typology to industrialization, is this audience worse than the last one? Is this director not as good as the last one? Or is this producer not as good as the last one? The answer to the question may only be: when the network has truly turned the mass culture into "everyone’s participation" and it is in the period of digital transformation, the closed situation in which a few industry elites controlled the right to speak in creation has been broken from the outside. "Softness" has become a specific gesture and social feature of women. However, erasing all kinds of extensions and deduction attached to "softness" and returning to "softness" itself, what is softness?

Earlier than the famous "Spring" incident, in 1916, Duchamp bought an Underwood typewriter and gave it to someone, leaving the cover behind to make the work Traveler’s Folding Item (1916), which became the first "soft ready made" created by Duchamp.

It was not until the post-modernism movement in the 1960s that artists really began to get rid of the limitations of traditional art forms and began to explore new materials and expressions.

The choice of materials such as cloth, fur, rope, rubber, paper, leather, vinyl plastic and so on emphasizes natural forces (such as gravity and heat) and metaphorical meaning, and also becomes the carrier of themes such as body, family, gender and power.

Contemporary art constantly explores physical properties and soft artistic expression. Softness has become a retrospective and questioning of art history, and it has also changed new materials or combined with digital technology in order to diversify forms and make media experiments plastic.

Recently, curator Zhu Yujie and 15 contemporary artists jointly presented an art exhibition, which gave "Rou" another brand-new interpretation.

The name of the exhibition is "the soft one becomes a success", and "the soft one" is the soft thing; "Bearing" means bearing, supporting and inheriting.

Artists use painting, sculpture, installation, video, sound and other artistic forms to express their unique experience and thinking about "softness".

We came to the exhibition site, met several of the artists, and had a few conversations with them about the "soft people".

Soft amorphous

Lin Fanglu, an artist, brought her two works "She’s Landscape" and "She’s Deconstructive Painting", which are the inspiration output after working and living with many local women during her creative period in Yunnan.

Ordinary cotton cloth and cotton thread are sewn and dyed by Bai people’s tie-dyeing technology for dozens of days or even months … A unique "sculpture" with attractive texture and ups and downs is presented.

Lin Fanglu was not satisfied with making a plane work, but used various flower-tying techniques she studied and learned in the village, combined with local culture, and made flexible materials three-dimensional, attracting the audience to reach out and touch.

Breaking the traditional concept of ritual, artist Yin Xiuzhen created "Rite" with ceramics and old clothes, which made the audience return to the era of ritual music instantly.

Yin Xiuzhen is a leading figure in China’s behavior and installation art since the early 1990s. In the process of making ceramics, she found some cracks in ceramics, so she skillfully developed these cracks into holes and cracks and stuffed old clothes fragments into them.

Clothes fragments inhabit people’s memory, spirit and temperament, and pass through cold and hard ceramic cracks, just like the bud of growth.

The visual density gives the Rite a different sense of breathing. People and ceramics seem to be integrated, resulting in a symbiotic relationship.

Opposite the Ritual, an open door is full of flowers. This is the work "Flowers in Every Door" by artist Ai Jing.

You can touch the sea, the waves can brush you, and even you can jump into a sea, but the waters you touch are always limited. The whole movement of the waves is related to the earth’s rotation, the energy of the whole universe and various gravitations, but you can only see a little tip and feel the invisible whole energy through the tip. "

When writing, she closed her eyes, completely relaxed and felt the movement of the waves wholeheartedly. "Sometimes I can’t hear any sound, but a wave suddenly hits me; Sometimes I hear a rumbling sound and think there will be a big wave. I wait for a long time, but nothing touches me at all. I am waiting for an unknown arrival, waiting for this external force, and then using my body to resolve it. "

In those few years, there were many articles on the Internet to guide women, such as "What kind of women are good to marry" and "How should women maintain themselves". "Her words just represent a voice of many women at the moment. We don’t need too much guidance and requirements. For us, it is more important to listen to our own voices and show our attitude." Cai Yaling thinks it is necessary to record this sentence.

She adopted the form of bead curtain. The red bead curtain looks like a banner from a distance, and the slogan of the banner represents a kind of guidance. On the other hand, the bead curtain looks very soft, seems to be constantly hesitating and floating, and is easy to be scattered and destroyed, but in fact, its own material is very hard. When it is not moved, it will be clearly solidified after the precipitation of time.

Through this work, Cai Yaling hopes to tell the audience who saw it to be loyal to their own hearts and get rid of those noises that should not be heard.

Her creation advances with a kind of ignorance and intuition. Using different materials often conveys different aspects of "softness".

In the work Goddess, which was not exhibited in this exhibition, Cai Yaling used the traditional pasta in her hometown of Shanxi, which was the most familiar material when she was a child, to shape the female body.

When studying figurative sculpture in the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the pursuit has always been the fullness of the body. The traditional method is to pat the mud up and then flatten it, and the pasta will naturally become full after fermentation, kneading and steaming.

"Once your yeast is not put right and the water is put less, it will become dry and wrinkled, showing yellow and black spots. I think these things are closely related to our identity. Forehand three-point attack

The three-point forehand attack is mainly to train the consistency of forehand movements. The so-called "three points" means from the right half of the table to the middle of the table and then to the left half. In this training, we also need to use footwork to hit the ball in sports. Compared with two-point attack, the usage rate of footwork is doubled, and it is more necessary to adjust your breathing and maintain the stability of your movements. In the process of moving from right to left, everyone’s body tilt angle should be gradually increased when hitting the ball. Backhand fixed point/two-point attack

The training methods of backhand attack and forehand attack are basically the same. Only in contact time, backhand fixed-point attack should not be started after everyone has just mastered forehand fixed-point. Because for amateurs, the action structure of backhand position is relatively simple, and enlightenment is relatively easier. If you just learn to fix the forehand at the beginning stage and add backhand content, it is easy for everyone to know which side to use when they encounter "live ball" in future training. Two-point swing speed/fixed-point swing speed

Two-point swing speed is to connect forehand fixed-point and backhand fixed-point attack by stepping. This training requires that our footwork under our feet should be in place, our bodies should be elastic, and we can finally stand in place before hitting the ball when moving. If the feet are not in place and the hands reach the ball, then the meaning of regular practice will be lost. It is more difficult to practice without fixed-point swing. After all, this subject is very close to actual combat, or to some extent, it has been simulated actual combat. One of its difficulties is that the coverage of the hitting point is relatively large, and the other is that there are many changes in the way of hitting the ball in the hand. If any foundation is not solid enough before, you don’t have to rush to practice the swing speed without a fixed point.

The second is that since you start training, you should follow the most reasonable movements, and never ignore the details of the movements in order to save trouble.
