Zhongxin. com Xinjiang News January 31 ST (Chen Feitong) On January 30 th, the second batch of swimming training organized by Altay Forest Fire Brigade for 7 days was successfully concluded.
Swimming is a skill that must be mastered in water rescue, and it is also an effective way to enhance the rescue ability of the team, strengthen physical fitness and improve the winning ability. During the training, the coaches explained the warm-up preparation before swimming, breaststroke movements and stretching postures in a simple way, and led the participants to fully practice the hand and leg postures of breaststroke on the ground through decomposition exercises, so that the participants could form muscle memory.
Before the training begins, the coach leads the participants to do a good job of warm-up training before launching, fully exercise their limbs and stretch all parts of their bodies. In the process of training, we should teach swimming skills such as familiarity with water, holding your breath and taking a breath. In view of the uneven swimming level of trainers, the trainees are divided into "intensive group" and "training group". The "intensive group" pays attention to the standardization of movements and appropriately increases the swimming distance and intensity. The "training group" is conducted step by step from familiarity with water, kicking, diving and short-distance swimming, and a tailor-made training "package" is made to improve the skills of the club and strengthen the weak to ensure the overall level.
At the end of the training, He Xionghan, the deputy battalion chief, organized the swimming training graduation examination. During the examination, Li Junyan, a member of the training team, choked in the last 50 meters. Fortunately, he adjusted his breath in time to avoid accidents. "I have no regrets in this examination, and I tried my best. I swam the last 50 meters a little hard. Fortunately, I adjusted my state. The reason why I tried so hard is that when saving people, a few seconds may be one." Li Junyan, a participating team member, said.
After this swimming training, the team members improved their swimming skills and achieved the expected training effect. In the next step, the detachment will promote and popularize the training results, give play to the role of "passing, helping and leading", further strengthen the ability and quality of commanders and soldiers in water rescue, realize the winter training goal that all staff can swim, comprehensively improve the team’s professional quality and winning skills, and lay a solid foundation for the next step of water rescue training.
